Bio

Michael Young is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he practiced for nearly a decade with the M&A group of Latham & Watkins LLP in Orange County, California where he represented public and private companies in a variety of complex transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate and securities matters. Mr. Young earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Young is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
