Jonathan Krane is a Partner of MCLLP who regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. He was previously an associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. where he represented private equity funds and middle-market companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
