Bio

Jared Bryant is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner with the Corporate Finance group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP in New York. Mr. Bryant focuses his practice on debt financing transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies, as well as banks and other financial institutions across a broad spectrum of industries in connection with secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, first and second lien, bridge, mezzanine and asset-based financings. Mr. Bryant received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Mr. Bryant then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. Mr. Bryant is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
