Bryan Ikegami is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner with the private equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles, California. At K&E, he represented numerous private equity funds and their broad range of portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, restructurings, and recapitalizations, along with other public and private companies in varying stages of their lifecycle.
