David Mangan is a Partner in our Corporate team. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions and specialises in the areas of equity capital markets and securities law. In addition to his transactional and advisory work for corporate clients, David is a member of our Capital Markets team, advising listed entities and financial advisers on transactions involving the capital markets. He is a trusted advised on a range of matters from public company mergers to debt and equity offerings. As the former head of our New York office David developed a keen understanding of the considerations relevant to international clients, including sponsors and strategic investors. He is recognised by his clients as highly responsive with a keen eye for detail.
