Bio

Jenny Martin Walker is a partner in the firm’s business section. She focuses her practice on two key areas of the law—the representation of creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, civil litigation, preference defense and adversary proceedings and assisting individuals, families, and businesses with estate planning, business succession planning, and probate/estate administration. She graduated cum laude from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. In 2004, she received her Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Jenny is a member of the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, Central Georgia Estate Planning Council, the William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court, Career Women’s Network of Macon, Inc., and the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Jenny currently serves as Secretary of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy Inn of Court. Jenny was named as a “Rising Star” in 2013, 2016, and 2017 by Georgia’s Super Lawyers magazine, an honor achieved each year by only 5 percent of Georgia attorneys.
