Bio

Blair Cleveland is a partner in the firm’s real estate section. Blair’s practice focuses principally on handling commercial and residential real estate closings, title issues, contract negotiations and drafting, and foreclosures and collection matters, although he continues to work with his clients on their general litigation matters as well. Blair obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in 1992 and Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1995. Blair is a member of the Macon Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. Blair is a graduate of the 2000 class of Leadership Macon. In 2005 and 2006, Atlanta Magazine named Blair as a Rising Star Super Lawyer. In 2009, he was named by then Governor Sonny Perdue to the State’s Regional Water Council, Middle Ocmulgee District, which he served on for 3 years. In 2013, Atlanta Magazine named Blair among the Top Attorneys in Georgia based on Peer Recognition and Professional Achievement. Involved in numerous local charitable and civic endeavors, Blair served as a trustee for the Middle Georgia Historical Society, as well as a volunteer for the United Way, American Heart Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
