I have experience in a broad range of corporate transactional work, including M&A, fundraising, private equity and venture capital investments and public market transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings. I regularly act for management teams, corporations and institutional investors, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar funds. I have experience in a number of sectors including retail, media and technology and have advised on a number of transactions where there is an international element. I have also worked as legal counsel for two of Europe’s largest early and growth-stage focused venture funds. I sit on the board of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.
