Morgan Pierse Bio

Morgan is a partner in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He specialises in corporate law and has a broad corporate and commercial practice including advising Irish and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, loan portfolio transactions and corporate reorganisations. Morgan’s transactional experience and expertise lies across a vast range of industries, with a particular focus in recent years on the financial services and technology sectors. Morgan joined the Maples Group in 2021. He previously worked for a large Irish corporate law firm from 2009 to 2020. Morgan has been recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ with The Legal 500 EMEA.
