Bio

Kieran Walsh is head of Maples and Calder's global Corporate practice and is based in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He advises on a variety of investment funds, structured finance, private equity and general corporate matters. He is co-head of the Latin America team, and regularly advises clients originating from, and investing, into Latin America. Kieran is also Chairman of the Group's Fund and Fiduciary Services.
