Joni Ebanks Bio

Joni is a Partner of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises a global client base and specialises in a broad range of fund products, focusing primarily on private equity and hedge funds. She works extensively with major institutions and hedge fund managers and their onshore counsel, advising on the structuring and ongoing operation of all aspects of investment funds. She also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She joined the Maples Group in 2007 as an intern and upon her admission as an attorney-at-law joined the Funds & Investment Management team in 2015.
