Finn O’Hegarty Bio

Finn is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team and co-head of the Latin American practice group and is based in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. Finn has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate work, including joint ventures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and also advises on a wide variety of structured finance, capital markets and investment fund transactions. Finn joined the Maples Group in 2012. He previously worked for Debevoise & Plimpton in London. Finn has been ranked in Chambers Global, Legal 500 and recognised as ‘Highly Regarded’ in IFLR1000.
