Everton Robertson is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. He is a private equity, finance and funds lawyer who has acted for major financial institutions, corporations, private equity firms and UHNWs throughout Asia. His focus includes venture capital and pre-IPO financing, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States and the establishment of open and close ended investment funds.
