David Allen is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Jersey office. He advises on cross-border M&A, IPOs and private equity transactions. David has acted on a wide range of Jersey corporate finance (particularly AIM, main market and US listings of Jersey companies) and mergers and acquisitions transactions, and provides general corporate advice. David also has particular expertise in relation to large M&A transactions conducted via Jersey schemes of arrangement.
