Christie Walton is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Christie specialises in the structuring, formation, restructuring and maintenance of Cayman Islands hedge and private equity funds. She advises on commingled funds, managed accounts and investment fund platforms and acts for a wide variety of clients, including large financial institutions and investment managers and smaller, start-up investment managers.
