Reich Welborn has represented closely held businesses and assisted them with a wide variety of services for over 40 years. He has assisted with mergers and acquisitions of businesses, from small to multi-million dollar transactions. Reich has worked with physician groups as well as other professional disciplines (including architects and engineers, psychologists) to provide a broad range of legal counselling and advice.
