Rickard Carrick Bio

Rickard Carrick is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. He has a broad practice covering acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, strategic investments, carve-outs, structuring matters and general corporate advice for both industrial clients and financial investors. Rickard’s practice has a particular focus on transactions within the areas of tech and life science and he has been advising both Swedish and international clients on a broad spectrum of transactions within these fields.
