Per Asbrink is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice and advises both financial and industrial clients in their acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. Per has extensive experience in the wind power sector and has advised on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the Swedish market. He also has particular focus on the tech area, including gaming, fintech, music and entertainment, and assists both inbound investors and leading domestic players in the tech field.
