Mattias Karlsson is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups. Mattias specialises in private mergers and acquisitions, business and property transfers, joint ventures and restructurings. With a strong recurring client base, Mattias advises corporates, private equity firms and investment houses.
