Mattias Karlsson is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups. Mattias specialises in private mergers and acquisitions, business and property transfers, joint ventures and restructurings. With a strong recurring client base, Mattias advises corporates, private equity firms and investment houses. He is also skilled in corporate governance and general company law and serves as secretary to the board of a number of prominent listed companies.
