Maria Holme Bio

Maria Holme is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s M&A and Emerging and Growth Companies groups. Maria has a broad M&A practice with matters including acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, carve-outs and capital raisings. She also provides clients with ongoing corporate advice. Maria’s clients include financial and industrial players as well as unicorn startups and other growth companies. She regularly represents clients in complex transactions, capital raisings and partnerships with international VC firms and other investors. Maria also handles structuring matters and incentive programmes for growth companies. In addition to her practice, Maria is actively involved in teaching and holds M&A seminars for clients, university students and members of the firm.
