Madeleine Rydberger is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice groups Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Sustainability and Risk Management and is based in the firm’s Malmö office. Madeleine specialises in equity capital markets, company law, corporate governance and compliance and is continuously engaged as a counsel to advise public companies, boards of directors and special committees in connection with public transactions, such as IPO:s, other equity offerings, AMG:s, share based incentive programs and in matters of reporting and public disclosure. Her practice also includes assisting clients in developing and implementing global compliance procedures and in performing internal investigations, in particular in relation to matters of corporate and director’s liability. Madeleine joined the firm in 1995 after serving in Malmö district court as a court clerk. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has received an LL.M. degree from Uppsala University and from Maastricht University. She has been a visiting student with University of Minnesota Law School (1990) and was seconded to Deutsche Bank, London (2000).
