Isabella Ramsay Bio

Isabella Ramsay is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling, Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group in Stockholm and a member of the firm’s Private Equity practice group. She has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex national and international transactions. Her practice covers a broad range of private M&A matters, including acquisitions and divestments, spin-offs, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and restructurings. With a particularly strong track record of complex cross-border carve-outs, Isabella has advised on some of the most high-profile deals in this area. Isabella’s client base includes both long-standing corporate clients and recurring private equity firms and she is a prominent member of the firm’s Private Equity group.
