Hans Petersson Bio

Hans Petersson is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and chairman of the firm’s M&A practice group in Malmö. Hans advises both financial and industrial clients on acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. He has broad experience in both domestic and international M&A transactions and often acts as lead counsel in connection with clients’ acquisitions outside Sweden. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Hans also has extensive experience in equity capital market transactions, including IPOs and other equity offerings, as well as corporate governance and disclosure matters. In addition to assignments in his specialist areas, he also acts as external corporate counsel and board secretary for certain clients. Hans also lectures on mergers and acquisitions at Lund University.
