Albert Roos is a Partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, with a particular focus on complex structuring matters. Albert is highly experienced across multiple industries (including finance, healthcare, consumer products, industrial services and tech) and have worked extensively with M&A and structuring matters for startups, private equity, industrial, financial and other Swedish and international clients, both in a Swedish and an international context.
