William Quicksilver Bio

Bill Quicksilver is a senior partner and the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner Emeritus of the firm. He served as the firm's Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner from January 1, 2007, through June 30, 2019. Bill’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital market activities, corporate governance, and strategic advisory services in the financial services industry and in a range of unregulated industries. Bill performs these services for a full range of clients from closely held concerns to exchange-listed companies. In addition, he regularly advises investment banks, institutional investors and financial advisors.
