Tom Froberg is a Danish attorney and Partner at Magnusson. Tom joined Magnusson in 2018 after a 25-year career serving as the head of legal for blue chip international Danish companies such as Hempel and Sophus Berendsen, which has earned Tom very valuable insights into legal services delivery and legal advice products tailored to the needs of clients. Tom heads up the employment team and has vast experience with employment law matters, including collective employment matters, senior executive employment terms and incentive schemes, TUPE transactions, redundancy situations and contentious employment law matters. Tom also specializes in corporate and commercial law with a specific focus on M&A (have been involved in more than 200 corporate transactions), commercial contracts, corporate compliance programmes and project management. As part of Toms involvement in numerous company reorganisations, outsourcings of functions and M&As, Tom has been advising about employment issues, including but not limited to, the drafting of employment contracts and the legal aspects of redundancy and/or relocation of employees and executives – whether individually or in groups.
