Grant Guenther is the National Managing Principal of Macpherson Kelley. He likens the world of commercial transactions to an adrenaline sport – it’s fast paced and commands accuracy and good judgement. He acknowledges each transaction requires trust he will keep things running smoothly and achieve successful outcomes. He’s built this trust, through consistent interactions with a range of clients from private owners, to large corporates and multinationals, always putting himself in their shoes and understanding the business goals for each transaction. He takes the complication out of a transaction by guiding clients through the complexities of a deal and focusing on outcomes – not getting too caught up in the technical elements, at least not when communicating with clients.
