Tim Redman is an M&A specialist with a focus on cross-border transactions, public takeovers and deals in the infrastructure sector. He also works with financial investors and corporate clients on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, restructurings and corporate governance issues. Tim brings clarity when helping clients navigate their most complex deals. Tim has previously worked in Hong Kong and has also undertaken a secondment in the M&A execution team of a major international investment bank. Thanks to this experience, Tim has valuable insights when working with investment banks and deals with an international angle.
