Stephen Pike is a corporate and M&A lawyer who specialises in private equity. He advises clients across the full spectrum of private equity transactions, from traditional leverage buyouts to secondaries (including LP portfolio sales and GP led processes). As well as acting for private equity sponsors and secondary houses, Stephen also forms part of the management team advisory practice.
