Nicholas Page Bio

Nicholas Page advises on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including strategic M&A (particularly in the financial services sector), private equity, joint ventures and restructurings. He acts for clients across a variety of sectors, and has a particular focus on GP and asset manager M&A. Much of his work has a cross-border element and in 2018 he spent a year on secondment at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
