Luke Powell Bio

Luke Powell is the firm’s managing partner, having been appointed in May 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Luke was the co-head of our corporate and M&A team and he remains a partner in the group advising on all aspects of M&A transactions. Luke has experience in many sectors but particularly specialises in financial services, asset management and private equity (both buy-outs and secondaries). Clients for whom he acts regularly include Chrysalis Investments, Federated Hermes, Glendower Capital, Goldman Sachs, Keyhaven Capital, Legal & General and Permira.
