Adam Campbell Bio

Adam Campbell works for a wide range of clients from private equity houses, asset managers and large corporate groups to family offices, professional services organisations and LLPs. He advises on a broad range of domestic and international M&A transactions, having considerable experience in the financial services sector in particular. He spends quite a lot of his time advising on private equity investments and other complex equity investment structures, regularly advising investors, founders and executive management teams across a range of sectors in respect of those arrangements, working closely with our Tax and Reward teams.
