Edward B. Weinberg is a Shareholder/Partner with the firm. His practice concentrates in the areas of business and corporate law and planning, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and real estate and real estate finance. He further advises high net worth individuals and families in wealth and estate planning and personal representatives and trustees in trust and estate administration. Mr. Weinberg has an extensive history of civic and charitable leadership, including having been honored to serve as Board Chair of The Home of the Innocents; a Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee and Strategic Planning Committee of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Healthcare; President of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation; Board Chair of the City of Green Spring, Kentucky; Board Chair and General Campaign Chair of the Jewish Community Federation of Louisville; Board Chair of Four Courts Senior Center; and Board Member of The Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Foundation.
