James is the Managing Partner here at Lupton Fawcett. As well as managing our people and our business, James is a well-known and respected lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in advising on all aspects of restructuring and corporate insolvency. He joined the firm in October 2012 following the merger of Lupton Fawcett and Lee & Priestley, where he was also Managing Partner, and became Lupton Fawcett’s Managing Partner in April 2020. James is a member of R3 and the Law Society.
