Lutz Dralle is a partner based in our Hamburg office and specializes in commercial law, intellectual property, and information technology. With extensive experience in technology, life science, and IT law, he advises companies and investors in the context of M&A transactions and in stand-alone operational legal matters. Lutz joined Lupp + Partner in 2021. He was previously part of the corporate IP/IT expert team at a magic circle firm in Hamburg.
