Sebastian Kost is a tax partner based in our Munich office. He is a lawyer and tax advisor with extensive experience in transactional and structural advice in a national and international context, in particular with M&A transactions, private equity and real estate investments, corporate restructurings and managing participation. After earlier positions at U.S. law firms, Sebastian was most recently at an international law firm in Munich.
