Bio

Christian is an M&A partner at Lupp + Partner. Christian has broad expertise and experience in all types of national and international M&A deals, private equity transactions and venture capital investments (eg. share and asset deals, LBOs, management buy-outs, majority and minority investments, auction processes, seed investments, financing rounds and exits). Christian also regularly advises domestic and international clients on joint ventures, cooperations, reorganisations, management participation schemes, general corporate matters and with regard to commercial and contract law issues. His previous projects covered a wide range of sectors (IT/Software, Tech, Automotive, Healthcare, Medicine, Food, Logistics, Energy etc.) and jurisdictions. Prior to joining Lupp + Partner, Christian was a partner at Luther for more than two years. He started his career as an associate in the corporate/M&A practice of P+P Pöllath + Partners where he worked for more than six years. Afterwards he practised at a Big4 accounting firm and an international law firm.
