Stine Bernt Stryhn has more than 10 years experience with M&A; she advises both Danish and international buyers and sellers on Danish and cross-border transactions within a wide range of business sectors. In addition, Stine has considerable experience with general business and corporate law matters, including establishment, capital matters, management matters, ownership agreements, etc., and Stine heads Lundgrens' Corporate & Commercial team. Stine's clients are primarily small and medium-sized owner-managed companies, but also include listed companies and private equity funds. Stine also advises companies in the completion process of listings on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, including preparing the companies for listing and assistance in connection with the listing itself. Finally, Stine also acts as chairman at general meetings, and she is a member of several boards and advisory boards.
