Peter Mollerup has 25 years of experience as legal advisor in investments, mergers and business transfers. Throughout the years, focus has been on owner-managers’ sales of companies and associated real estate as well as wealthy private investor investments. The transactions have been completed in many different industries, including in particular IT, real estate companies, medico, food, technology, construction companies and consulting companies. As Peter has lived and worked abroad several times, Peter has extensive experience in handling transactions across national borders; and companies with activities in many countries. Peter is member of several boards of directors in Danish and foreign companies. Peter regularly advises on buying, selling and investing in real estate for wealthy private persons, family offices and professional investors. Peter has assisted LED iBond International A/S in connection with the listing on First North.
