Paola Menicati specializes in corporate law and M&A, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions of both listed and non-listed companies, purchases and transfers of shareholdings and businesses, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She also advises on matters of both civil and commercial general advice, particularly with regard to the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements, voting syndicates as well as various contracts and commercial agreements. She also has extensive experience in antitrust regulations, publishing law and the legal framework on radio and television frequencies. Since joining the Firm in 1998 she has advised both italian and foreign companies and corporate groups in various extraordinary transactions and all matters of contract law, including the structuring, negotiation, execution and the subsequent management of such contracts. Before being admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995, Paola Menicati graduated with full marks from theUniversità degli Studi di Milano in 1990 and, in the same year, completed a postgraduate diploma in a specialization course in Finance titled “La libre circulation del capitaux et des services financiaers dans la C.E.E.”, from the Institut Universitaire International in Luxemburg. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at Italian and International law firms.
