Luigi Arturo Bianchi is a Full Professor of corporate law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan as part of the degree course in law and director of the post graduate Course for business lawyers, organized by the University. He has held numerous conferences and seminars for universities, institutions and research centers in Italy and abroad. He is the author of monographs, publications and writings in primary specialist magazines and collections regarding corporate, banking and securities regulation, financial statements and company valuations as well as co-editor of the most important commentary on corporate law reform and also additional volumes and commentaries. Luigi Arturo Bianchi has held and holds numerous directorships in important, listed and non-listed companies and is, among other things, a member of the Italian Accounting Standard Setter for accounting principle (OIC); He is also a member of the Governing Council and the Scientific Committee of Foundations and Cultural Associations. He has been a member of the Arbitration Council of the National and International Arbitration Chamber of Milan and has been, and still is, a consultant to the leading associations in the financial and corporate sectors. Graduated with honors at the University of Milan in 1982, he has been enrolled on the Milan Bar Association since 1994.
