Bio

Giuseppe is mainly dedicated to Corporate and M & A, with particular reference to the private equity sector and commercial contracts. Over the years, he has assisted numerous industrial operators and investment funds in acquisition and sale of holdings and companies. He provide assistance to industrial and financial groups on commercial and corporate law, extraordinary corporate transactions such as M&A, joint venture, corporate restructuring and company reorganization. He joined the Firm in 2007 straight after having graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2011. In 2012 he was a visiting foreign lawyer at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Washington D.C.. He became Junior Partner in 2018.
