Bio

Francesco Gatti is the founding Partner of the Firm. Within the scope of his profession, he has developed an articulate experience in the areas of corporate law, financing and M&A transactions and competition regulations as well as in relation to corporate litigation and arbitration. He has been involved in the most important transactions on the Italian market and is recognized as being one of the leading experts in corporate law. He has written several articles on corporate law which have been published in journals, and has given seminars on competition law and “law and economics”. Francesco Gatti graduated in 1989 from the Università degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1994. Education: Università degli Studi di Milano (1989).
