Bio

Alessandra specialises in M&A, private equity, capital markets, corporate and commercial law. She has developed a broad experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and shareholders’ agreement. She also advises a number of domestic and multinational corporations in significant acquisition transactions and in takeover bids of listed companies. She previously worked at a leading international law firms. She graduated in Law in 2006 with honours from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano and was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2011. Furthermore, in 2012 she achieved an LLM., Master of Laws, from the New York University in New York. She became Junior Partner in 2018.
