Thibault Willaume has been working for more than 10 years in the field of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and more particularly in Private Equity. He is developing an international practice, in synergy with the firm’s offices, particularly in Asia and Germany. Thibault, a member of the Paris Bar since 2008, holds a Master 2 Research in Business Law and Economics (University of Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a Specialized Master in International Legal Management (EM Lyon). Before joining the firm in 2018, he spend 8 years within French law firms. Thibault is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
