Wijnand Meijer Bio

Wijnand Meijer, partner, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group in our Amsterdam office. Wijnand is a member of the private equity and real estate sector teams. Wijnand maintains a broad corporate M&A practice with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions within the real estate and hotels & leisure sectors. In that capacity he advises clients on a wide range of transactions and corporate matters such as joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments and related shareholder and investment arrangements. From 2015 through 2016, Wijnand was seconded to a large international American law firm in New York where he represented American companies in both general and infrastructure M&A transactions.
