Mathilde Lattard Bio

Mathilde Lattard, Partner, specialises in corporate M&A, with a particular focus on private equity across all business lines. Mathilde joined the Luxembourg office in January 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience advising on private equity and corporate law matters, including large management incentive programmes and co-investment structures. She heads the corporate M&A department of the Luxembourg office, is a former elected member of the Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Luxembourg and co-leads the corporate committee of the LPEA.
