Mark Rebergen is a partner of the Energy & Infrastructure practice group in our offices in the Netherlands. Mark has more than 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, M&A and real estate law. His practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sectors including industry and logistics, in particular on the real estate and corporate aspects of national and international transactions and projects. He advises clients ranging from multinational companies to private equity firms, financing parties and institutional investors, on complex real estate structures, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, governance matters, corporate structuring, real estate transactions and contract law.
