Guy Palmaers Bio

Guy Palmaers, partner, is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate restructurings and general counselling on corporate and securities law matters. Guy’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate restructurings and general counselling on corporate and securities law matters. He represents both private equity and corporate clients in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive deal experience across many industry sectors. Guy is a frequent speaker on M&A and corporate law developments and has authored articles on M&A and cross-border restructurings and other topics. He has been an assistant professor at the University of Leuven (Jan Ronse Instituut – KU Leuven) and Hasselt University for many years.
