Frederic Franckx Bio

Frédéric Franckx, Managing Partner of our Luxembourg office, heads the Corporate / M&A Practice department and co-heads the Corporate / M&A Practice Group firmwide. Frédéric focuses mainly on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He is an active member of our Region Teams US and Canada. Frédéric, practices Luxembourg law and is regularly involved in the most significant private equity-related transactions. He has more than 15 years of experience having worked in Brussels, New York, and Luxembourg. Frédéric is recognised in his field of expertise by Legal 500 and Leaders League.
